Close collaboration with the Headbox Team enabled a rapid iteration process which in turn helped to craft the framework for the value proposition through to the product and customer experience.

Booking made easy 

The UI was designed to support a seamless journey all the way through from browsing and discovering spaces, through to enquiry and booking.
Features on the site such as the ability to book directly and liase with space owners, help to provide a tailored experience for each customer.

Building trust between owners and customers

Reviews and a secure ecommerce platform build trust for guests and owners.
PAs in large organisations are a key audience and influence in space bookings, so a tailored rewards programme was created

It’s fully responsive, mobile and SEO optimised. It’s a stable, flexible technology that will support the rapid growth that the site is experiencing since launch.
